The new QR receipt in €lli makes checkout faster, more sustainable and fully digital via the customer display of the cash register
With the latest update of the €lli, it is possible to show a QR code on the customer display of the checkout. The customer simply scans it with his cell phone and receives a digital receipt directly on his smartphone.
In many situations, this solution makes it possible to replace paper receipts with a digital receipt. This not only reduces paper use, but also provides additional convenience for the customer. The digital receipt is instantly available and can be easily saved or retrieved.
By using a QR code receipt through the POS system, organizations are combining sustainability with a modern customer experience. In fact, more and more consumers prefer a digital receipt to a printed one.
The functionality will be automatically rolled out through our software updates starting in April, making it immediately available to organizations working with €lli.
