Within €lli there were always extensive possibilities for reports. Yet at De Haan IT, we saw room to further improve this functionality. So we revamped the reporting environment and expanded it with a modern BI reporting solution.
The result is a powerful way to analyze and visualize data.
From traditional reporting to modern BI dashboards
In the past, users could retrieve reports within €lli by running a query over a specific time period. That worked quickly and efficiently, but the presentation of the data was primarily numerical.
The reports were functional, but less visually appealing and less inviting to deeper analysis.
Since €lli was developed precisely to help organizations run their businesses better, we wanted to further improve this step. So we revamped the reporting tool and linked it to a modern Business Intelligence (BI) environment.
BI reports linked to the €lli database
In early 2025, De Haan IT first transferred its own internal reporting to a BI reporting environment. The results of this were so positive that we decided to make this technology available to our clients as well.
Linking the BI tool directly to the €lli database creates a powerful reporting environment with interactive dashboards and clear visualizations.
This makes it possible not only to view data, but also to better analyze it.

Meanwhile, within De Haan IT, we are already working on the next development: data analysis using AI.
By applying AI technology to the available data, patterns can be recognized faster and organizations can be even better supported in interpreting their business information.
The initial results of this development are promising.
We expect to be able to show our customers more about this by the end of 2026.
