That is why De Haan IT has completely revamped the Table Plan within €lli. The result is a modern, visual and intelligent table management that allows restaurants, terraces and other hospitality venues to work even more efficiently.

Many hospitality entrepreneurs already know the principle: a digital floor plan of the restaurant, terrace or, for example, a sunbathing area, on which all tables and chairs are clearly visible.

Even within €lli, this functionality already existed.

Still, the development department saw room for improvement. The goal was to make the table plan even more user-friendly, visually appealing and smart.

The result is an updated €lli Table Plan in which organizations can easily set up their entire hospitality space digitally.

On the screen, a floor plan can be built step by step, including adding:

  • tables

  • chairs

  • different areas such as restaurant, terrace or lounge

  • specific layouts per room

This creates a clear and realistic representation of the location, giving employees an overview at a glance.

Intelligent interfacing with the €lli system

Once the tables are placed in the table plan, they can easily be numbered. From then on, the intelligence of €lli is linked to the table plan.

The new table plan also fully cooperates with BAT: Order to Table via QR code.

When guests scan a QR code on the table, they can place their own order via their cell phone.

This order is then linked directly to the correct table within the €lli Table Plan.

  • be able to process orders faster

  • Be able to improve the guest experience through shorter wait times

Smart alerts for better service

One of the smart features within the new €lli Table Plan is the use of alerts.

This allows organizations to easily set when a table needs attention.

An example:

For example, if there has been no activity on a table for 20 minutes, the system can automatically signal.

This helps employees provide proactive service, such as by walking by and asking if guests would like another drink.
