Palace Het Loo is the largest, authentic 17th-century palace of the House of Orange-Nassau. Ever since 1984, visitors have experienced how the Oranges lived, worked and enjoyed the gardens, the palace and nature in this place. It is a place with a special history.
Paleis het Loo asked De Haan IT to help think through the automation process for checkout, (online) ticketing and parking. De Haan IT was able to meet all challenges seamlessly with the help of its partners. For example, De Haan IT has a link with CM that provides the online ticketing and the parking lot is fully automated with its partner ST&D from Apeldoorn.
Using intelligent API links between €lli and Exact (Synergy), all financial operations of the system are fully captured, as well as the flow of visitors.
Self-service kiosk for the parking lot and mobile access scanners at the entrance for various events ensure a streamlined flow of visitors.
Because the BackOffice database contains all the information, various management reports can be produced by linking to a Business Intelligent Tool.
